Swans at Ken-Baba park

The Ken-Baba park with its tall old trees and many amusement rides for young and old is a popular destination for families with kids during warm summer days. The park was original the park of the Cathedral of Shymkent and was turned into the children’s park during Soviet Union times. In the 1990ies the park was renamed to Ken-Baba ethno park and more new amusement rides and attractions were added.
